Abstract Submission Guidelines

General Guidelines

• The presenting author must register for IAPSM KARCON 2026 Conference.
• Abstracts should be submitted as a Word document.
• Clearly mention the abstract category (Oral / Poster Presentation).
• Use standard abbreviations only.
• Tables, graphs and images should not be included.
• Previously published or presented work will not be accepted.
• Submission does not guarantee Podium Presentation.
• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to re-categorize submissions or reject incomplete abstracts.

Formatting Requirements

• Font Family: Times New Roman
• Font Size: 14 pt for headings
• Font Size: 12 pt for body text
• Maximum abstract length: 300 words (excluding keywords and references).
