Guidelines for Poster Presentation
This is a Physical Poster Presentation. To ensure uniformity and readability, participants are advised to prepare their posters according to the following specifications.

Poster Layout
The poster should be organized in a logical sequence using clearly defined sections:
- Title
- Authors and Institutional Affiliation
- Introduction/Background
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (if applicable)
- Acknowledgements/Funding (if applicable)
Font Style and Colour Scheme
- Use simple, professional fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman.
- Avoid decorative or cursive fonts.
- Use a light background with dark text for maximum readability.
Figures and Tables
- Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
- Graphs and charts should have clearly labelled axes and legends.
- Tables should be simple and easy to read.
- Avoid overcrowding and graphics.
Text Guidelines
- Use bullet points rather than long paragraphs and keep sentences concise and highlight important findings.
- Maintain adequate spacing between sections.
Poster Design Tips
- Allocate approximately: 30–40% for text.
- 30–40% for figures/tables.
- 20–30% as white space for improved readability.
- Use consistent formatting throughout the poster.
- Number figures and tables where appropriate.
Printing
- Print the poster on a single high-quality sheet (matte finish preferred to reduce glare).
- Ensure the poster is free from folds, tears, or printing defects.
- Participants are responsible for bringing the printed poster to the conference venue.
Guidelines for Full Paper Presentation
Submission Deadline:
The paper/article should be sent to

before 31.08.2026.
- Full Paper presentation is only for faculty members.
- Acceptance of the article is subject to discretion of the scientific committee.
- The paper/ article should be sent to abstract.iapsmkarcon2026@gmail.com before 31.08.2026.
- The time allotted for the presentation is (10+2) minutes.
- The presentation should be made using a power point presentation. [Title slide, Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, Recommendations, References]
- Recommended font is Times New Roman with font size (Headings: 28-32 & Body: 22-24).
- The title must be clearly mentioned in a title slide along with Full Paper Serial number, which will be allotted after acceptance of the paper/ article.
- Title of the study should be in bold letters.
- Title slide should contain IAPSM Karnataka logo and your college logo.
- Final copy of the power point to be sent by 15.09.2026 to abstract.iapsmkarcon2026@gmail.com.
- File should be labelled as “Full Paper Presentation_ Full Paper presentation Serial number”.
- Please mention subject of email as “Full Paper presentation_ Full Paper presentation serial number”.
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
(5+2)

Heading / Body Font Size
- The time allotted for the presentation is (5+2) minutes.
- The presentation should be made using a power point presentation with not more than 8 slides. [Title slide: 1 slide, Introduction + Need for the study: 1 slide, Methodology: 2 slides, Results: 3 slides, Conclusion + Recommendations: 1 slide]
- Recommended font is Times New Roman with font size (Headings: 28-32 & Body: 22-24).
- The title must be clearly mentioned in a title slide along with Oral Presentation Serial number.
- Title of the study should be in bold letters.
- Title slide should contain the IAPSM Karnataka logo and Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education logo and your college logo.
- Name of the authors or presenter should not be mentioned.
- Final copy of the power point to be sent by 15.09.2026 to abstract.iapsmkarcon2026@gmail.com.
- File should be labelled as “Oral Presentation_ Oral presentation Serial number”.
- Please mention subject of email as “Oral presentation_Oral presentation serial number”.
